I’m a qualified advanced baby/toddler yoga teacher with Birthlight and a children’s yoga/yoga dance instructor with the Young Yogis Academy. I’m also a qualified Nanny and I have been working with and supporting families for more than twenty years. I discovered yoga six years ago and it very fast became my passion combining my love of children and yoga together!

I have been offering baby, children’s and mums yoga classes in Crawley, East Grinstead and Forest Row since 2015.

Amber has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She has trained with Ruth White, a long-term student of B.K.S Iyengar and more recently with Tias Little, founder of Prajna Yoga. Her approach is nuanced and based on extensive training in both asana and somatic sensory awareness work. Having three children herself, Amber is well placed to guide parents through a sequence that is both supportive and fluid to allow for the demands of little people! Floor work and standing postures are incorporated to encourage stability and ease in the body. To cultivate a meditative presence in the midst of life's vicissitudes is the heart of yoga for the parent. Expect to build a strong core and greater vitality.

I am a mum, yoga and dance teacher and yoga teacher trainer. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and working as a movement educator since 2001. As well as teaching adults I also teach yoga and dance in schools. I have a 500-hour teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga, and certificates in teaching post-natal and children’s yoga.

My classes are calm, nurturing environments where parents and children can move and learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help manage stress as well as strengthen and stretch the body. Yoga is about noticing your body rather than striving to achieve a goal and by using this kind and mindful approach I help people connect with both their own needs and those around them.

I will be leading mum & baby yoga and family yoga sessions and can’t wait to meet you.

Magdalena is passionate about yoga and mindfulness. She has been practising yoga for a few years now and is currently training to become a qualified yoga teacher. She loves children and worked as a teacher for many years. She has a three-year-old daughter, Amy, with whom she has attended pregnancy yoga, then baby massage and baby yoga, and finally toddler yoga and pre-school yoga with Funshine Yoga. She believes everyone can benefit from yoga as it improves balance and overall well-being. She is friendly, open-minded and happy to chat about anything.

I qualified as an Infant Massage Instructor in 2017 after having my own children and realising the power of loving touch. I have since been running courses in Sussex as well as internationally online.
I truly believe that baby massage gives you and baby the most incredible experience and time out to bond and relax together, whilst at the same time giving huge physical and mental benefits to the both of you.
Massage can soothe baby and encourage sleep, aid digestion and improve circulation, as well as alleviate pains from common ailments such as reflux and colic.
My baby massage classes are relaxed and friendly and I am so excited to meet you and baby in my sessions.

Lou qualified as a Teen Yoga instructor in October 2018, and has been running workshops & Teen Yoga classes for young adults in schools & venues in Sussex & Surrey; as a secondary school teacher and trainee adult yoga teacher, Lou believes that yoga practise is an inclusive and validating experience for young people. Lou has experienced first-hand the effects of continuous stress that today’s society places upon young people; her workshops and Teen Yoga classes enables young adults to find ways in which to manage feelings of anxiety commonly associated with adolescence growth and learn functional movement which helps to calm and strengthen the mind as well as the body.

Lou will be offering some amazing Tween/ Teen Yoga Workshops and looks forward to meeting you.

Treya is a swimming teacher and a lifeguard. She loves children, and is delighted to support mums by playing with their children while they do yoga.

In September she is going off to Uni to study Therapeutic Physiology. She wants to learn more about child development and gain the skills to support families to love and thrive.

You will find Treya having fun in the Yoga Mamas play area.

Kim trained to teach YogaDance for children in 2019 with the Young Yogis Academy. She is fully insured and DBS checked. Kim has previously worked in childcare and currently volunteers at a local preschool as well as assisting in a children’s street break dance class. Kim has trained in Reiki and Tibetan Bowl sound healing and has previously acted with a locally based theatre company.

She is a passionate singer and devoted Mum to her two children.

Kim very much looks forward to working with the 8-11-year age group.

Hi, my name is Izzy and I am a children’s Yoga teacher. I’m delighted to be part of this fantastic team and share the magical benefits of Yoga with the younger yogis! I’ve taught Yoga to children for the last 4 years and loved every moment. I have taught at local nursery’s, pre-schools, and extra-curricular clubs. I’m always blown away by how well children respond to ancient Yoga techniques and I really can’t recommend it enough. The benefits of a Yoga practise for children are endless and I urge all children to take part. Alongside teaching Yoga, I perform at children’s birthday parties and attend Drama school.
